Visa Requirement

Eligibility

• Intended for individuals seeking medical treatment at recognized hospitals or treatment centers in India.
• Up to two attendants (blood relatives) can accompany the patient under separate Medical Attendant Visas, which are co-terminous with the patient’s visa.

Required Documents

• Passport: Valid for at least six months beyond the intended date of travel.
• Recent Medical Reports: Including diagnosis certificates and referral letters from a local Bangladeshi doctor or hospital.
• Visa Invitation Letter: Issued by the Indian hospital where treatment is planned. As of April 2025, this letter must include a Medical Visa Reference Number generated through the Indian Government’s AYUSH portal.
• Photographs: Two recent passport-sized photos.
• Proof of Relationship: For attendants, documents establishing their relationship to the patient.
• Proof of Profession
• Bank Statment

Visa requirements

• Original passport – valid for at least 6 months from your planned departure date .
• Passport-size photo – recent, with a white background.
• Original bank statement – last 6 months, with a minimum balance of USD 2,000 (≈ BDT 244,000) .
• Bank solvency certificate – plus one check page.
• Notarized NOC/Trade license – translated into English & on letterhead pad.
• Visiting card and national ID.
• Round-trip flight booking – departure must be at least 30 days after application.
• Hotel reservation/booking copy.
• Minimum 2-3 Country visit requried. 
• Main applicant age above 30+ 
• If family father bank statment need to be strong.

Single-entry sticker visa: Valid for 90 days, allows a stay of up to 60 days. 

Processing time: 15–20 working days (subject to embassy approval) .

Visa Requirement

• Photograph of Applicant (Original Soft copy from Photo Studio -Size 35 mm X 50 mm and print Copy)
• Passports first page scan copy valid Minimum 7 Month
• Latest Bank statement (6 Month) (Minimum balance BDT 100,000 for each applicant)
• Bank Solvency Certificate

BUSINESS PERSON:

• Renewal Trade license copy with notary public (English Translated)
• Memorandum for Limited Company
• office pad Blank page
• Visiting card

Job Holder:

• No Objection Certificate (NOC)
• BMDC certificate for Doctor
• BAR council Certificate for Advocate
• Salary Certificate with Pay slip

For Student:

• Student ID card Photo Copy.
• Birth Certificate (Only for Child & infant)
• Leave Certificate

Others:

• Marriage Certificate Copy (For family application only if husband name no have in passport)

Vista Type: Evisa

Visa validity:  3/6 months (Single entry)

Visa Requiement

• Original Passport (Validity should be at least 06 Months from the date of departure)
• Recent 35 x 45 mm size photo with white background (Mat Paper) 2 Copy
• Visiting Card & National ID Card
• N.O.C / G.O / Trade License Notarized Copy with Translate in English & Letterhead Pad
• Original Bank statement for last six months . Minimum Balance Taka 100,000/
• Bank Solvency Certificate
• Student ID Card for Student (if child travel with parent )
• Birth Certificate for Infant (if child travel with parent )
• Marriage Certificate (only for newly married couple )

Processing time: 7-10 working days

Visa Requirement

Passport Soft / Scan Copy (Validity should be at least 06 Months from the date of departure)
Recent Passport size photo Soft / Scan Copy with white background

Visa Requirment

1. Passport Validity 07 Month (with old Passport if).
2. Recent 02 copy Photograph with white background last 3 Month. (Size 35mm*45mm).
3. Bank statement last 6 Month. (Minimum Balance 1,00,000 BDT Per Person).
4. Visiting Card.
5. Bank Solvency Certificate.
 

For Business Person: – 

1. Renewal Trade license copy with notary public (English Translated).
2. Memorandum for Limited Company.

For Job Holder: –

1. No Objection Certificate (NOC).
2. BMDC certificate for Doctor.
3. BAR council Certificate for Advocate

For Student: –

1. Student ID card Photo Copy.
2. Birth Certificate (Only for Child & infant).

Others: –
Marriage Certificate Copy (For family application only – if in Bengali, notarized English translation and photocopy of the original is required).

Note:

1. In case where the applicant is sponsored by his/her company and the company Bank Statement and Bank Solvency Letter are submitted, a trade license has to be attached.
2. Salary Bank Statement (preferably) / Pay Slip / Salary Certificate are required for employees.
3. In case applicant unable to submit salary certificate, details must be mentioned in the Office NOC.
4. For documents in other foreign languages (including Bangla) must be translated into English and shall be certified by a credible translator and a notary public
